How To Book Accommodation: To book, complete the on-line registration form. Note: delegates must first register with HTAi before they can complete the conference registration form. Credit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee your accommodation. This information will be sent on to the hotel approximately 2 - 4 weeks prior to your arrival. All rates are priced per room/per night, inclusive of breakfast, service charge and VAT. (unless otherwise stated).

Hotel Descriptions: Single (SGL): A single occupancy room with one bed; Double (DBL): A double occupancy room with one bed; Twin (TWN): A double occupancy room with two beds.

VAT: Qualifying Delegates i.e. any taxable person or a taxable person’s employee or agent, attending the HTAi Conference can claim back the VAT paid on their accommodation which from Jan 1st 2010 is at 13%.

• Irish companies or qualifying individual delegates will be able to claim the VAT back in the normal way through their VAT returns.

  Non-Irish companies/delegates can obtain refunds by applying to the Revenue Commissioners as follows:

  Businesses established in the EU – under the terms of the EU Eighth Directive, by submitting form VAT60EC to the Irish Revenue Authorities.

  Businesses established outside the EU –under the terms of the EU Thirteenth Directive, by submitting form VAT60OEC to the Irish Revenue Authorities.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received before April 3rd will incur a 10% cancellation charge.
• Cancellations received between April 3rd and May 3rd will incur a 50% cancellation charge. No refunds after May 3rd.
• Refunds will be handled within 4 to 6 weeks after the close of the conference.
• The organisers reserve the right to alter any of the arrangements for this conference, including cancellation of accommodation should unforeseen circumstances require such action.
• The organisers accept no responsibility for resulting costs and inconvenience to delegates who are advised to have their own travel insurance in place.
• In the case of a no show at your chosen hotel, the credit card you provide for guarantee will be charged in full
