You MUST be a duly registered HTAi 2010-2011 member in order to attend the HTAI 2010 Annual Meeting.

Only a participant with valid membership status for the coming year will be allowed as a fully registered conference participant. Please sign up by clicking the link below. Once you have completed the HTAi membership form, you will receive an email with your Unique Identifier code (UID) and a link to the conference registration page. Please note that your membership fees must be paid before the conference takes place.

Reduced: Attendance at scientific sessions and exhibition, congress kit with final programme and abstract book, coffee breaks, luncheons on Monday and Tuesday, welcome reception and certificate of attendance.

Please note: the reduced fee is reserved for students and delegates from low income countries.
Because verification is required, the following papers must be submitted together with the registration form (email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fax +353 1 280 5405):

• Students: a letter written on official letterhead and signed by a department head or mentor to be submitted and a copy of your student ID to be presented when you pick up your registration pack at the conference.
• Delegates from low income countries: a copy of delegate’s passport to be submitted or a passport from other country plus letter on headed paper from an employer in Lower Income Country and which also should be presented when you pick up your registration pack at the conference.

One-Day: Attendance at scientific sessions and exhibition on that day, congress kit with final programme and abstract book, coffee breaks and luncheon on that day, and certificate of attendance (welcome reception not included).

Pre-Conference Workshops

Registration for conference work-shops is now open. Delegates who are attending the conference can select a workshop as part of the conference registration process.

Non-HTAi members who wish to attend a workshop only and no other aspects of the conference, should complete a "workshop only" registration form. Please visit the workshop only page by clicking here.

Payment and Confirmation

Registration fees are in Euro. Online payment can be made by MasterCard or Visa. If you wish to pay by bank transfer or cheque you can not register for the conference on-line but please contact the Conference Secretariat at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing by fax or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Before 15th April 2010 full refund excluding an administrative fee of €50.00 will apply. For cancellations received between 15th April 2010 and 15th May 2010 a refund of 50% of registration fee will apply. After 15th May 2007 no refunds will be processed. Name changes will be accepted up until June 6th but will incur an administrative fee of €50.

Refunds will be handled 4 to 6 weeks after the close of the conference.
