PhotographyA selection of photographs of the key speakers and people involved in the conference are available. These photographs are royalty free and can be downloaded and used as required. Please ensure to name all individuals as indicated.
Press Registration for HTAi 2010The process to request press accreditation includes a few brief steps: Step 1: Complete and return the Press Registration form Step 2: Provide a scanned copy of a valid press identity card or provide an assignment letter from the editor or publisher you are working with explaining that you are attending the HTAi 2010 conference in a press capacity on behalf of the publication. Step 3: Send the HTAi 2010 Conference Press Office 1- 2 copies of recent articles that you have written. You may send them by email or forward links to online articles. After we receive your articles, press card details or assignment letter, and press registration form, you will be contacted to confirm your request for press accreditation. For details of what this includes go to Press Entitlements. All press are invited to report to the HTAi 2010 Press Desk at the conference venue to pick up their press pack and to obtain any assistance they require. Wi-Fi access will be provided. For details about the embargo policy go to HTAi 2010 Conference Embargo Policy. Please direct any questions you have to the HTAi 2010 Conference Press Office. Note: Companies or organisations producing publications, videos, and/or other electronic media intended for marketing, advertising, financial analysis, public relations or commercial purposes may not register as media. All decisions taken by the HTAi 2010 Conference Press Office concerning press registration requests are final.
Press EntitlementsAll press who have been accredited to attend the conference can avail of the following:

The HTAi 2010 Conference Press Office is available to the press to develop story ideas, respond to questions, assist with locating an expert in a specific area or provide background and additional information as required. Press releases and press materials will be made available on a regular basis before and during the conference. Please direct any questions you have to the HTAi 2010 Conference Press Office
Media and Press Release GuidelinesIssuing Press ReleasesFor the convenience of registered press, companies and institutions are invited to bring their own press materials to be displayed on the Press Desk, following a review of the materials by the Press Office. Approved press materials will be displayed in a location designated for non-HTAi 2010 press materials. All materials which make reference to the HTAi 2010 conference or to the host organisation, the Health Information and Quality Authority, must be reviewed by the HTAi 2010 Conference Press Office in advance of distribution. All press releases must include a citation that properly states the name of the conference and references the host organisation. Examples of recommended text: “This information was presented at the Health Technology Assessment International (HTAi) 7th Annual Meeting Dublin 2010” or “hosted by the Health Information and Quality Authority”. Companies sponsoring the Satellite Symposia may hold press briefings or issue press releases as long as the press materials comply with the terms listed here. Companies with products whose value may be influenced by information contained in an abstract may issue a press release coinciding with the availability of the abstract to the public. Under no circumstances should any press releases (embargoed or not) on studies submitted for consideration for the HTAi 2010 conference be issued before the abstracts are made public in the Abstract book. Institutional or corporate materials, as well as any materials of a promotional nature, where there is no pre-existing agreement in place with the conference organising committee or Press Office, are not permitted to be distributed in the conference venue. Meeting AdmissionAccredited press are asked to wear the HTAi 2010 conference media name badge at all times while on site and to make it known that they are representing the media. The press are not permitted attendance at the events not included in the Press Entitlements list or at any closed meeting during the conference. HTAi 2010 Conference Embargo PolicyPurposeThe HTAi 2010 conference organising committee recognises that the media are vehicles of public information with a community responsibility to keep the public informed. We shall cooperate in providing accurate and appropriate information while protecting the rights of everyone participating in the conference. ConditionsThe media, companies and institutions issuing press releases, and others are required to abide by the embargo policies governing the HTAi 2010 conference.
